Fontbonne began construction this fall on significant renovations to Anheuser-Busch Hall, formerly known as the science building, which will include:

  • New biology and dietetics laboratories

  • Upgraded classrooms

  • Modernized greenhouse

  • State-of-the-art business conference room

  • Business library

  • New student lounge

Anheuser-Busch Hall will house Fontbonne’s science and business departments, as well as programs in fashion merchandising, dietetics, family and consumer sciences and early education for children. Some of the renovations are made possible through a generous $1 million gift from the Anheuser-Busch Foundation. In addition, the Monsanto Fund, the philanthropic arm of St. Louis-based Monsanto Co., provided a $100,000 grant to assist Fontbonne with the construction of the new greenhouse, planned to be twice the size of the current structure.

More support is needed for this project. Find out what you can do.
