Mustard Seed to Open "Gee's Bend" Feb. 7

Mustard Seed Theatre explores the affect of the Civil Rights Movement on a remote island in Alabama with its next production, “Gee’s Bend,” Feb. 7 - 23, 2014. This all-African American cast includes Marty Casey* as Alice/Asia, Jacqueline Thompson as Sadie, Alicia Like as Nella, and Reginald Pierre as Macon.

All performances of “Gee’s Bend” will take place in the Fine Arts Theatre on the campus of Fontbonne University just south of Wydown Boulevard in Clayton, Mo., Thursdays - Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 2 p.m.

All Thursday evening performances are PAY WITH A CAN/PAY WHAT YOU CAN. These performances are supported by those who CAN pay. For those who can not pay full price, we ask only for a CANned food donation.

Regular ticket prices are $30.00 for general admission and $25.00 for students and seniors 65 and over. Tickets purchased online are $25 for general admission and $20.00 for students and seniors and are subject to a small service fee.
