Thank you for visiting the Commencement website. The following information will hopefully be helpful as you plan to participate in the Fontbonne University Commencement 2015 Activities. Below is listed not only a schedule of the events, but links to a variety of Commencement Checklists which should help graduates and their guests plan and prepare for this special day. Graduating students should definitely review all the checklists for important information, paying close attention to the required items listed under the Mandatory Items checklist.

Sending Ceremony: An interfaith Service Honoring Our Graduates
7:15 p.m. in Doerr Chapel on the second floor of Ryan Hall
This event is designed for our graduates and their families. All faith traditions are welcome. If you are interested in helping to organize or participate in this event, please contact Lori Helfrich, Director of Campus Ministry at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 314-719-3663.
Graduation Celebration Event: A Toast to the Class of 2015
8:00 – 9:30 p.m. in the Arnold Memorial Center, Medaille Hall
Immediately following the Sending Ceremony listed above, this reception in the AMC will allow you to mingle with your classmates and families and share fond memories before you leave Fontbonne. Please join us for a reception to salute the graduates and to welcome them into the alumni association. Cake, beer, wine and soft drinks are provided. There will be brief remarks at 8:30 p.m. Graduates are welcome to bring their family and guests (Limit 6 guests please). Hosted by the Fontbonne University Alumni Association and the Graduates of the Last Decade Alumni Committee. Advanced registration for this event is requested by May 6th. Doors open for guest seating at 8:30 am through 9:45 am
2:00 p.m. Bachelor Candidates
Doors open for guest seating at 12:30 pm through 1:45 pm
The ceremony occurs in the Mabee Gymnasium within the Dunham Student Activity Center.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR YOUR GUESTS
Ticketed guests for the commencement ceremony are expected to arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. All guests (except children under 2 years old) must have tickets in order to gain access to the Dunham Student Activity Center. Those guests arriving later than 15 minutes prior to the ceremony may be delayed entrance due to the commencement procession and may be directed to an alternative, live-stream broadcast venue, if necessary.
