Where am I?
Griffin 101 Freshman Orientation and Registration
My name is Eleanor Clark and I’m a junior, studying Special Education! I am one for the peer supervisors for Griffin 101 this summer! I was in your shoes just a few years ago, anxiously waiting for Summer/Fall Orientation, meeting my roommate, and getting settled into a new environment. I was nervous about moving away from home, doing well in my classes, and picking the right organizations to get involved in. Change can be scary, but I can assure you that the entire Fontbonne family is looking forward to meeting you and welcoming you! You may be wondering what Griffin 101 really entails. I encourage you to watch the Griffin 101 video on the previous webpage to get a better feel for the day. During this short orientation, you will meet your fellow classmates, register for classes, learn about campus resources, and have all your questions answered from student leaders. Family is welcome to join as well and meet the faculty, have their questions answered, and hear from several presenters on Academics, Financial Aid, and Student Life.
As one of the Griffin 101 Peer Supervisors of Griffin101, I look forward to meeting you soon at one of the upcoming Griffin 101 sessions and welcoming you to the family! If you need you have any questions as you prepare to become a Fontbonne students, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org!
