Developing Leadership Skills Through Direct Engagement

What is GOLD?

The Fontbonne GOLD program is designed to develop Fontbonne students into excellent leaders. Through signature programming and continued celebration of personal and professional achievement, graduating students who achieve GOLD status should find themselves equipped to be excellent, marketable candidates for hire in their individual fields.

 

Benefits & Outcomes

Students who complete the GOLD program will have a unique understanding of themselves and their personal motivations, as well as skills in collaboration and the celebration of diversity. Upon completing the Senior Legacy Symposium presentation, a student will earn GOLD status. These students will be acknowledged at the Leadership and Service Awards and commencement by receiving GOLD graduation cords.

Students seeking to achieve GOLD Status will demonstrate that they meet and understand the following competencies:

Overall Policy
