USM will match Fontbonne students’ out-of-pocket tuition and fees cost for equivalent teach-out programs for the academic year in which the student starts at the University of Saint Mary. USM annual tuition rate increases (generally in the 3-5 percent range) will still apply. USM’s room & board costs are at least equivalent—and often lower—than comparable Fontbonne rates.
USM will accept all credits successfully completed at Fontbonne or successfully transferred in to Fontbonne. Please note: while credits will transfer in, they may not necessarily match program-specific requirements at USM (the university will make every attempt to determine satisfactory equivalencies), which may impact students who are late in their program progression at Fontbonne.
