Dr. Jason Finley, assistant professor of psychology, joined John Pertzborn on FOX 2 News in St. Louis during the morning of Tuesday, April 11, to talk about memory, technology and identity. Finley’s academic focus explores the use of technology and its impact on memory — and inversely, how we can use technology to study memory.
Fontbonne has received a grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities that will allow Finley, along with Dr. Corinne Wohlford, associate vice president for academic affairs, Dr. Ben Moore, associate professor of English and the director of the Bosnia Memory Project, and Julie Portman, technical services and metadata librarian, to explore memory and the construction of identity at Fontbonne over a period of three years.
