Your success in college is at the heart of our mission. At Fontbonne, you will find a number of services designed specifically to help you as a student and an individual. We are committed to your physical, mental, and spiritual health and well-being and you will find services available to address all your needs. Whether you’re suffering from a lingering cold, stressed about your classwork or career path, or just feeling out of sorts, there is a campus organization or dedicated faculty or staff member eager to assist. 

Below are just a few of the many programs and on-campus services designed to help care for you, and provide the support and guidance you seek.

Career Development

Career development is a lifelong process, and the Career Development office wants to connect you to your future goals and ideas as you develop and manage your career path, from student to alumni. The Career Development office also has resources for potential employers looking to recruit Fontbonne students and alumni. For more information, email careers@fontbonne.edu.

Counseling and Wellness

Fontbonne University is committed to offering support in dealing with a variety of issues and concerns. Free and confidential counseling is available to students. Referrals to off-campus counseling agencies and therapists also available. 

Health Insurance

While no specific plan is sponsored or endorsed by the University, we recommend that all students have appropriate and adequate health insurance coverage. Use the links below to learn more about potential insurance providers, as well as the University’s policies regarding insurance mandates for student athletes and international students. Sexual Misconduct Policy and Prevention

Fontbonne University is committed to a safe and healthy campus environment. Learn more about how the University defines sexual misconduct and relationship violence, as well as how to report a sexual misconduct violation, and the University’s policies regarding prevention and resolution.

Title IX

Fontbonne University prohibits sexual harassment. Consistent with the values of the university to provide an educational and employment experience free of sexual harassment, members of the Fontbonne community are encouraged to seek support and report all sexual harassment directly to Public Safety or the Title IX Coordinator or Deputy Coordinator(s). Overall Policy

Traffic Analysis

We analyze traffic to this site. We collect statistical data on an aggregated basis through Google Analytics. For example, we collect information about the domain names of servers that bring visitors to our site. We count the number of visitors and keep track of where they go on our site. Such information allows us to find out what areas users visit most frequently and what services they access the most, which enables us to create a better overall user experience. To gather such data, we use cookie technology, which collects data in aggregate form, not by individual user.

Cookies

As referenced above, we use cookie technology for traffic analysis. Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive. The cookies placed by our server do not gather personal information about you, do not provide any way for us to contact you and do not gather information about your computer. The cookies simply allow us to enhance our site by letting us know what sections are visited most often. The use of cookies is common on the Internet, and our use of them is similar to that of other reputable online organizations.
