Alumnus chosen as chief of St. Louis Metro Police
|
A Fontbonne University alumnus has been named the new St. Louis police chief. Major John Hayden, who earned a master’s degree in management from Fontbonne in 2003, is a 30-year veteran of the St. Louis Police Department.
The previous police chief, Sam Dotson, also was a Fontbonne graduate.

Spots open for human trafficking social work training
|
|
|
|
Fontbonne University has openings remaining for the spring session of continuing education program Advanced Skill Training in Human/Sex Trafficking, which is focused on prevention, intervention and treatment of victim/survivors of human/sex trafficking. The session runs March 9-23 on Fridays and Saturdays. Registration costs cover breakfast and lunch each day, parking, as well as 30 hours of continuing education and support materials. There is a 15 percent discount for Fontbonne alumni.

Join us for the 2018 Alumni Career Panel, exploring technology’s immense impact on various professions. #31DaysofFontbonne raises $91,842 in gifts
|

During the entire month of December, we celebrated Fontbonne’s 2017 by inviting our community to invest in our future.
Our goal was to raise $50,000 by Dec. 31. Thanks to our donors, we raised $91,842 – 84 percent more than our goal!
