Your call to share your knowledge and experience with students just beginning to explore higher levels of math is fully supported at Fontbonne. This specialized certification prepares you to teach high school level mathematics in the classroom or other educational settings.
Note: The student will select EDU 500 Classroom/Behavior Management or EDU 529 Positive Behavioral Supports.
30 credit hours with appropriate distribution as determined by the educator preparation institution.
Certification candidates must also complete an appropriate program of study in their chosen content area, six (6) hours of which must be taken at Fontbonne University. Transcripts are forwarded to the appropriate department for review of content to establish individual program needs.
