Your desire to share your passion for the beauty and complexities of the English language is fully supported by Fontbonne. This specialized certification prepares you to teach high school level English in the classroom or other educational settings.
Note: The student will select either EDU 500 Classroom/Behavior Management or EDU 529 Positive Behavioral Supports.
30 credit hours with appropriate distribution as determined by the educator preparation institution.
Certification candidates must also complete an appropriate program of study in their chosen content area, six (6) hours of which must be taken at Fontbonne University. Transcripts are forwarded to the appropriate department for review of content to establish individual program needs.
